Frame Running Development Camp & Coaches Training Denmark 2025

This took place in July Copenhagen in Denmark 2025

The course was from Sunday to Wednesday getting history about the sport and how it started with Connie & Mansour . We had some background in the sport and how this had developed in Denmark . The aim of this course was to work with beginners to the sport up to the age of 10 years . Next years focus is 10-16 year olds and year 3 will be how to working with elite Athletes. This year had 18 countries represented at this event.

We had various break out sessions working with the athletes on warm up sessions and stretches and how to work with mixes groups of ability / age .

Was good to be able to share experiences from other coaches from around the world.

Later on in the week , we were able to run hour sessions under supervision by the instructors Leif & Suzanne .

Then Wednesday was the Opening Ceremony of the Development Camp ( Of course the rain visited while this was happening ) After having glorious sunshine in the morning.

The races started the following day with lots of folks taking part and to see this was really inspiring and humbling to see folks and the comradery that his sport has .

Great to see the GB Team well represented and winning some medals !
