As with a number of the Vermeiren products you can configure the seating from mild postural control through to more complex positioning along with the simplicity of use. Also a good base for 3rd party seating.
Like many other Vermeiren products the Sigma also uses the Dynamic Controls LiNX controller and can have various special controls fitted .
The Sigma, as with other Vermeiren products will appeal to  folks who wqnt a good entry level powerchair , ideal for nhs personel wheelchair budgets and private prescribers with numerous configurations that align with functional and budgetary requirements.
