With Power Wheels & Joystick gives you all the benefits of a VELA Chair and enhances the chair if you lack the strength to walk 
Attain independent mobility
When you lack the energy to move the chair around and engage in activities, you can conserve strength switching on the Power  mode -Wheels and direct your energy toward other activity.
Furthermore, with the Power Wheels touching the floor, it gives the chair extra directional stability, enabling you to  avoid using energy to correct your direction when manoeuvring the chair.
