Amazing Indoor Manoeuvrability
The Karma MID Lectus mid-wheel drive design makes the chair extremely manoeuvrable in confined spaces. The minimum turning radius is only 62 cm. This, combined with the compact size of the MID chassis and the excellent speed range and battery capacity, makes the Karma Powerchair  suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
 
 Outdoor Performance
The durable and compact MID chassis is equipped with a fully adjustable 6-wheel suspension system. It can overcome the otherwise unbearable terrain for a mid-wheel drive chassis. The suspension evenly distributes the driving impact and can overcome curbs up to 7.5 cm.
 
 Adjustable Suspension
The stiffness of the suspension can be configurated depending on the individual’s weight, therefore, providing the most comfortable ride possible.
 
Configurable Rehab Seat
The seating system is designed to optimize the seating comfort of the individual. It can be adjusted in seat depth, seat width, backrest settings, as well as armrest and legrests.
The seatr  rail on each side provides a mounting point for accessories like hip supports or pelvic positioning belts. The seat pan is flat so 3rd party cushions can be fitted onto the seat as well.
 
Biomechanical Power Recline
Because it is not always easy to adapt to a new living/work situation, the MID Lectus is designed with various biomechanics positioning functions to help the user with the transition.
It includes the power backrest recline and articulated elevating legrest. The seat will move with the body, thereby reducing the sheer force to a minimum and most importantly, keeping all the supports in the correct alignment with the body.
 
50 degree Centre Gravity tilt in space
The centre gravity tilt ensures pressure relief and a high degree of comfort. The tilt can also be used when driving down a slope for compensating for the negative seat angle. This provides a more stable seat position and safe
driving in those trickier situations.
 
12" Powerd  Seat Lift
The seat lift is centrally mounted into the chassis. The seat can be raised step-less up to  12" (300 mm) with this lift.
This enables the individuals to have more access to things higher at home or the office.
 
R-Net Control
Tried & Tested R-Net-control system comes standard with the MID Lectus. Enables access to the functions of the chair using the joystick. This system also serves as a platform for special controls such as chin control, head control and switch control.
It even can operate infrared and Bluetooth devices using the joystick with R-Net controls.
 
Crash Test Approved
The MID Lectus is approved for transportation in accordance with ISO 7176-19. This means it is suitable to be used as a seat in a motor vehicle for transportation.
