This RAP-404-HD  heavy duty version of the medium RAM Tough Claw. It has a solid 1.5" rubber ball rather than the hollow, bolt through, component used on the standard version.

This modification makes the Heavy Duty Tough Claw able to hold a device with much greater stability, at longer distances.

For instance, when a laptop, or a tablet, is required to be mounted on a wheelchair and the device needs to be positioned right in front of the user, the HD Tough Claw holds the device perfectly still and stable.

The RAM Tough-Claw™ is the perfect mounting base for quick and easy tool-less installation and removal on round, square, odd shaped rails and bars.

The Tough-Claw™ can be clamped on rails from 1.0” – 1.6” outer diameter. Ideal for mounting tablets, action cameras, smartphones, rod holders for rod storage etc. It can be used in a wide variety of applications.
