FLEXEL puncture proof system is an extruded natural rubber compound that replaces the air-filled inner tube in a tyre. As it is a cellular compound and utilises a conventional pneumatic tyre, FLEXEL is capable of offering virtually the same ride characteristics as a fully inflated pneumatic tyre.
 The patented manufacturing system also enables a high degree of control as to how soft or hard a tyre should be, by the amount of rubber compound that is put into the tyre.
Available in a range of sizes for two-piece rims which can be fitted without the need for returning customer’s wheels
